Job Flows-related incidents follow-up and resolution.ġ0. Infrastructure job flows development: collect/review/implement requests for new infrastructure-related job flows. Framework-related incidents follow-up and resolution.ĩ. In-house framework maintenance and support: collect/review/implement change requests, offer expertise regarding the framework to the other groups, propose new solutions to enhance the framework functionalities. Ensure updated documentation of processes and procedures related to maintenance and support of the Autosys Scheduling platform and its bundled components.Ĩ. Monitors and resolves issues related to AutoSys servers/database capacity and performance.Ħ. Act as change owner for AutoSys server routine changes (e.g. Perform root-cause analysis and recommend workarounds and/or permanent solutions to Autosys Components and server-related problems.Ĥ. Respond to and/or fulfill admin, service or information requests involving AutoSys servers and its bundled components such as CA EEM and WCC.ģ. Scheduling software administration and support: review/test/deploy new software versions, pro-actively follow-up on the platforms performances (capacity planning), platform incident follow-up and resolution in relationship with the Software Editor, assistance and expertise relay for the other groups.Ģ.
